Task

A mobile rack was required for storing and transporting assemblies within specified overall dimensions and load capacities. It needed access from both sides, manual or high-lift-truck handling, and a layout designed for safe operation.

Solution

The welded tubular frame uses cantilever arms on both sides, four lockable swivel castors and a base designed for high-lift-truck handling. Increased shelf spacing creates handling clearance and reduces pinch points. Four rubber buffers per level help secure and protect the assemblies, while powder coating provides a robust industrial finish.

Result

The result is a custom storage and transport unit combining access from both sides, flexible positioning, component protection and ergonomic handling in one structure.
