Task

An in-plant food transport container was required that met hygiene needs and defined width restrictions in the existing production environment, while also being manually mobile and capable of one-sided emptying by crane.

Solution

ENITOR manufactured the container from glass-bead-blasted V2A stainless steel. Cleaning-friendly fasteners reduce potential residue traps. Two fixed and two swivel castors provide manual mobility, while a bow with a lifting eye connects the container to the existing crane. The tipping bow is positioned asymmetrically outside the centre of mass so that lifting initiates the intended tipping movement.

Result

The custom solution combines a hygienic, easy-to-clean design with manual mobility, crane handling and controlled one-sided emptying, adapted to the available space.
