KU tipped
Low-built tipper bin, for use with fork-lift trucks, with fixed sub-frame and recesses for the drive-in insertion of fork prongs for tipping out. The centre of gravity of the bin is in front of the tips of the fork prongs. The self-operating tipping process is started off by setting down on the (re-ceiving) container edge and driving forward. By setting down on the container’s upper edge and driving backwards the bin is set upright again and locked in position. Slipping is prevented by a chain that is firmly attached to the sub-frame. Location of centre of gravity in front of turn-ing point (always tips) means that no physical strength is required to start the tipping process. Contoured container ensures
long operational life. Angled brackets for easy handling.
