Self-tipping bucket/ KM

KM 1000 at the moment of tipping out
KM self-tipping bucket on a stable sub-frame, with fork recesses and centralising of the bucket in the sub-frame. The centre of gravity is located on the fork prongs. The tipping process is started off by releasing a catch and this can also be done from the driver’s seat with a
pull-cable. If the bucket is full enough it automatically tips backwards. Slipping is prevented by a chain that is firmly attached to the sub-frame.
Suitable for bulk materials with a specific weight of 0.3 kg/litre or greater but not for mud that slips. Long drive-in recesses + favourable location of the centre of gravity means that the bucket sits firmly on the truck fork prongs. Bucket sets itself upright again automatically and
so is easy to control from the driver’s seat. Centralising of the bucket means safe driving, also over uneven ground. Contoured bucket sides of 3mm sheet metal ensure long operational life. Rollers on the sub-frame mean that the bucket can be emptied from a ramp without using a fork-lift truck.
