Low-built
tipper bin, for use with fork-lift trucks,
with fixed sub-frame, recesses for drive-in
insertion of fork prongs and sprung stays
which limit the tipping movement. The centre
of gravity of the receptacle is on the fork
prongs. Tipping is started by a pat-ented,
easy lever-operated system.
This can also be done, however, by cable
from the driver’s seat.
The bin is set upright again by setting
it down and driving back-wards. Slipping
is prevented by a chain that is firmly attached
to the sub-frame. The bin can be used everywhere
for light and heavy bulk materials and is
equally suitable for liquids.
- Long fork prong recesses
+ favourable location of the centre of
gravity means that the bin sits firmly
on
the fork prongs
- Easy lever-operated system
ensures efficient
emptying, regardless of flow rate
- Location of centre of
gravity behind the turning point means
safe driving over uneven ground
- Contoured bin bottom ensures
long operational life
- Sprung stays to cushion
the tipping impact thus reducing wear
and tear on the truck lifting frame
- Angled brackets for easy
pulling and pushing
