| Stackable
mechanical scoop with stepped-down bottom. The
fork prongs stick through openings in the bottom
of the scoop so that the scoop is always in a
favourable position, in terms of its weight, in
relation to the truck. Tipping is started by pull-cable
from the driver’s seat which releases a
retaining catch. A chain firmly attached to the
container prevents slipping from the fork prongs.Because
of the full-length recesses the projecting front
of the scoop is limited in length and the scoop
is easily manoeuvrable with long fork prongs. For
all kinds of bulk materials: ore, humus, bark,
pieces of wood etc.. Specially recommended for
trucks with long forks or comparatively limited
load-bearing capacity.
Whoever makes the
choice ...
When choosing types ESO and ESE, please check:
Are the fork prongs longer than 1300 mm
?
- Recommendation: ESE
The scoop is nearer to the truck, and the scoop
is easier to handle, especially on uneven ground.
Has the the truck relatively limited load-bearing
capacity ?
- Recommendation: ESO
Are tight turns necessary on the site
where you are working ?
- Recommendation: ESO
With this scoop the front edge is only 1500 or
1700 mm in front of the truck.
With the ESE, however, this depends on the fork
prong length so, for example, the front section
of the ESE 1800 with a fork prong length of 1500
mm has a length of approx. 2300 mm !
Are carrying power and manoeuvrability
of no importance ?
- Recommendation: ESE
The scoop is rather more favourably priced than
an ESO
Do you load powdery materials ?
- Recommendation: ESE
- The bottom of this scoop is completely smooth
and has no openings
